  Driving agility in a HERMES world.

  As lead of the tooling team, Dominik defined the tool and method support for the smartrail 4.0 programme, provided coaching and implemented automated quality assurance. He created a solid foundation upon which the teams were able to deliver high quality specifications in the highly regulated railway environment at scale.
• PostFinance AG
  He laid the basis and drove the evolution of the banks requirements management process and tools. The adopted solution is solid enough to build a documentation archive of growing value, while at the same time being flexible enough to support the ongoing transition from waterfall to agile methods.
• Mercedes Benz Bank
  He joined the struggling project as requirements manager in charge of bringing it back on track. He identified and prioritised issues and defined corrective measures.
  As a result, the critical project was able to successfully release on-time.

Working as technical sales and consultant in Rational Software and the IBM Rational brand, he handled all technical pre- and postsales aspects of implementations at major customers.

He helped to create some of the largest sales in the IBM Rational brand and established long term relationships with many customers.

Dominik started working in Italy as a developer, then shifted quickly to system architect and team lead roles.

As analyst and method expert (CMM & UML) he successfully delivered a large scale documentation project in air traffic control.
